How did it starts
Throwing the javelin,
running, wrestling, boxing and chariot racing. Those were the games when the
Olympics started. The idea was to invite all the athletes to compete on these
games every four years. It was in Greece only and it didn’t become a world
event until 1896. As mention the games it was all related to war skills. Back
in that time all the wars were stopped for this event in a city called Olympia
to spend few days competing.

I didn't know that the Olympics were related to warfare. Which Olympic sports are your favorite? I like gymnastics, track and aquatics... I would like to see a chariot race. ;)
